Hey Everyone! My name is Colton Anderson, I started FIT because I went through a pretty crazy fitness transformation losing over 120 pounds while in college. I became fascinated with fitness and helping others. More important than my physical transformation throughout this time I went through a transformation of the heart, growing stronger in my faith and seeking out God more and more. After looking for (and failing to find) books and resources incorporating Christ in fitness. I felt called to start this blog and write a 4-week devotional and trainer! God tells us our bodies are temples and we should take great care of them but even more important to Him than that is our hearts and souls are rooted in Him! My hope is that I can bring inspiration, motivation, and programming to help those struggling with either their faith or their fitness!
